Our Process

We appraise all rental properties sourced by our agents on Mondays, and then make them available to our investors via our database.

We will then follow up with an email about new available properties. If you’re not on our email list, you need to subscribe NOW, so you don’t miss out on great deals.

You’ll receive regular emails from us about great investment property deals once you subscribe. Once you read the mail, and like any deal, you can follow-through with stipulated instructions within the mail to reserve the deal.

Once you reserve the deal, we will call you via mobile or Skype call to intimate you on the details of the property; pictures, ROI figures, etc. If the provided information checks out with what you’re looking for in an investment property, we will now process the invoice for the finder’s fee and send it along with the Terms of Sale. As soon as we receive back the duly signed Terms of Sale and payment, we will call you again to fully disclose all property details and how to proceed.
