Our Process

Next step – We will send an email to the selling agents informing them about the buyer and how to reach you. The selling agents will now get in touch with you for documents and other necessary information. We never receive personal documents of our investors. At this point, any further transaction is between you and the selling agents or the solicitor, in the case of direct-to-vendor sales. But, we’ll always be in the ‘background’ in case you need our help with anything.

Property marked as SSTC

In the case of SSTC properties, the buying process still goes through like a normal property. The only thing is, we step back and let you deal directly with the property agent. Nonetheless, we will be available for any assistance throughout the entire sale process, until the deal is finalized. We’re more than happy to recommend mortgage brokers and solicitors if need be.
